Hello,

Like many University Libraries, the University of Maryland Libraries face multiple challenges in the effort to build and maintain collections and provide access to the resources needed to support their institutional research and teaching mission.

The collection budget at UMCP, like many other institutions, has failed to keep up with the rising costs of the information marketplace. One result of these budgetary constraints is that the Libraries' subscription to Computing Reviews will not be renewed. Access to the database will end on May 31, 2016.

Alternatives to Computing Reviews include databases available through Database finder and listed by Subject category Computer Science.

For more resources, please consult Computer Science Research Guide or contact Nevenka Zdravkovska (nevenka@umd.edu), subject specialist for Computer Science.
