Unfortunately, this is not currently an option in WorldCat UMD, although we are requesting that the WorldCat database provider make this available in the future.
In the meantime, you can search by DOI number using the Citation Finder:
(Here's how to find it from the Libraries' home page: http://www.lib.umd.edu/, you can hover over "Find and Cite" toward the top of the page, then on the right side of the menu that comes up, under "Citation Tools," click "Citation Finder." )
Once on this site, use the drop-down box by Identifier and change from ISSN to DOI. See below:
