Q. I am having trouble importing my references from SciFinder into EndNote. I do not have CAS Scifinder as an option under my available "Import Options." How would I get this option to show up, so that I can import my SciFinder references?

SciFinder may be missing as an option if an EndNote account has been deactivated. This happens if the account had not been used for more than a year. An EndNote account can be easily reactivated by logging into it from campus. If SciFinder was still not available as an import option, the user should contact EndNote Technical Support at
