If you fail to return items borrowed from the Libraries by their due dates, processing and replacement fees will be charged once this material is 31 days overdue.
To minimize these fees, please return the overdue material to one of the Libraries' Eight Branches. Go here for information about book drop locations. Be aware, however, that you will still be responsible for paying the late fees that have accrued since the due date (up to the amount listed here)
If you have returned the library material for which you are charged and want to dispute the replacement fee, please complete the Billing Inquiry Form. A library staff member will then contact you to resolve the matter.
