There are two accounts in which you may have materials checked out:
(2) ILL Services Account – where items borrowed from other libraries via interlibrary loan are checked out.

- If the overdue notice is for a UMCP or USMAI item, please complete the Billing Inquiry Form. A library staff member will then contact you to resolve the matter.
- If the overdue notice is for an interlibrary loan item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the matter.
