If you have requested articles or book chapters via Interlibrary Loan or Scan & Deliver, they will be uploaded to your ILL Services Account, and you will receive an automatic email notifying you of the article's availability.
You will find these articles under the heading VIEW and the subheading "Electronically Received Articles."
Due to copyright restrictions, articles are only made available here for two weeks after posting. If two weeks have passed, you must contact Interlibrary Loan staff @ firstname.lastname@example.org with the transaction number(s) to discuss requesting the article(s) again.
If you have accidentally deleted an article before its expiration date, email us with the transaction number, and we can upload the article to your ILL Services Account again.
