Hello. To track a request, log in to your ILL Services Account and look under the "Outstanding Requests" heading and then check the "Shipped?" section.

The status of your request (Request Sent) will not change until the item arrives at College Park and is processed by ILL staff, but once a lending library has shipped the item, the shipment date will appear under the "Shipped?" section.

Most items arrive within 2-8 business days after being shipped.  To learn where your item is coming from, in order to estimate arrival time, contact Interlibrary Loan staff at docdel@umd.edu, and include the transaction number that you can get from your ILL account.
