Hello. To track a request, log in to your ILL Services Account and select "Outstanding Requests," under VIEW, then click on the transaction number of the request you wish to check on.
The status of your request (Request Sent) will not change until the item arrives at College Park and is processed by ILL staff, but once a lending library has shipped the item, a due date will appear.
Most items arrive within 2-8 business days after being shipped. To learn when your item was shipped in order to estimate arrival, contact Interlibrary Loan staff at email@example.com, and include the transaction number that you can get from your ILL account.
