Hello,

To cancel a request, click on the orange My Accounts tab in the top-center of the Libraries' homepage. Then, select My Account, choose your school affiliation, and log in.

From the main page, under the heading Activities, click on Requests. As long as the request still says "in process," you can click on the number beside the title and delete it.
