The best way to access IEEE content through the UMD Libraries is to use the IEEE Xplore database. Start with the Find Databases tab on the Libraries' homepage. Type IEEE into the search box, then click on IEEE Xplore. If you are off-campus, you must log in with your University ID and password at this point.
The banner at the top should look like this, indicating the IEEE recognizes you as a UMD user:
Now, search for the articles you want within IEEE Xplore.
