The Community Borrowers Program essentially provides borrowing privileges for circulating books in the University of Maryland libraries.
While Community Borrowers can access the internet and most UMCP e-resources on library computers, a guest account must be obtained from the circulation desk. Guest accounts last for 7 days.
Community Borrowers do not have wi-fi access, unless they are affiliated with an eduroam institution. For a list of participating institutions, click here. For more information about using eduroam at UMD, click here.
