Hello,

Using the Libraries' Web of Science database is one way to find the number of citations for an article.  From the Web of Science homepage, enter the title, author, and journal for the article you have in mind (as follows):

 

 

Click Search to see a list of articles that match. From there you can see how many times it has been cited, and click the number (see arrow below) to see a list of the articles that cite the original article.

 

 

You can also use Google Scholar to find citation information. From the Google Scholar homepage, type in the name of your article and click search. You may also use the Advanced Scholar Search by clicking the arrow indicated in the screenshot below to enter in additional information such as author name and publication.

 

 

From the results page, you will be able to see the number of times your article has been cited. Clicking on the "cited by" link (arrow below) will take you to the list of articles that have cited that specific article.
