There are multiple approaches to searching for films in the UMD Libraries. The easiest way to do so is go to Library Media Services homepage and search for the specific film using the search bar with a specifically tailored worldcat that searches only films at UMD. If you are looking for a list of our circulating collection (good for three days outside of the library) please click here. An alternative method is to use the classic catalog and its advanced search.
The two limiting factors you want to pay attention to are format and location:
Formats allow you to limit what type of media format you are looking for while location allows you to limit both location of the media and the collection (our location is Library Media Services in Hornbake Library).
If you use these limiting factors and leave all other search factors empty, the system will generate a full list of items Library Media Services has in its collection, more than 5,000 items.

- The link provided for the list of the circulating collection does not seem to work, but ter.ps/umdvd seems to do the trick.
