Hello. First, you should check My Account and ILL Services Account. If the incorrect email address is on file (or no email address is on file), email email@example.com with your UID and email address. You'll also want to check Testudo to make sure the email address here is up to date, as we regularly update our system with this information.
Is your email address listed on these accounts correct? Check your junk mail settings/email filters. It's possible you are receiving notifications, but they are going to a junk mail folder rather than your inbox.
Finally, please keep in mind that email reminders differ across the University System of Maryland (USMAI) consortium, so if the book belongs to another campus, you may not receive the same courtesy notice that you would for UMCP books.
