First, you should check My Account and ILL Services Account.  If the incorrect email address is on file (or no email address is on file), email with your U ID and email address. 

As we regularly update our system with information from Testudo, you will also want to check there to make sure that the email address there is up to date.  

If your email address listed on these accounts is correct, then check your junk mail settings/email filters. It is possible that you are receiving notifications but they are going to a junk mail folder rather than your inbox.  

Finally, please keep in mind that email reminders differ across the University System of Maryland (USMAI) consortium, so if the book belongs to another campus, you may not receive the same courtesy notice that you would for UMCP books.
