Hello. Many recent theses and dissertations are available for download via Proquest Theses and Dissertations that you can access by going to the Libraries' homepage and clicking on the Find Databases tab over the search box. Then search for this database. This Proquest offers full text access to theses and dissertations back to 1997.
It may be possible to find the university library that holds this dissertation in print. These copies may be circulating or non-circulating. Circulating copies can be borrowed through Interlibrary Loan.
