Wifi access should be available in all areas within the Libraries' branches on campus and at Shady Grove.
With regard to the Engineering and Physical Sciences Library (EPSL) in the Mathematics Building, upon entering, go straight and then around to the left to find a designated quiet study area.
In McKeldin Library, Floors 4, 5, 6, and 7 are designated "Quiet Zones." Floors 3, 4, and 6 offer study carrels on the back wing (the west side) that patrons can either claim on a first come, first claim basis on some floors or reserve in advance for 4 or 8 hours on others. See this page for details.
Lastly, the Performing Arts Library has decent internet connection on both floors and tends to be very quiet.
