Yes, we do have online access. In fact, using our Web of Science database is the best way to find the number of citations for an article. From the Web of Science homepage, enter the title, author, and journal for the article you have in mind (as follows):
Click Search, and you will be taken to a list of article that match. From there you can see how many times it has been cited, and click the number (see arrow below) to see a list of the articles that cite the original article.
