Hello. The ILL Services Account does not have an export feature for you to save citations individually, but to save or print a copy of your request history summary, please

1. Sign in to your ILL Services Account.

2. Click on Account History.

Account History button in ILL account

3. Use your browser to save or print a copy.

This will allow you to keep a record of your ILL requests (title info. only); if the request was finished or canceled; and the date that action on the request was last taken.  It will not provide you with detailed citation information contained within the request.

In order to keep our system running at its best (and to comply with university record retention policies), your request history will not remain available forever.   Accordingly, we do not recommend that you use your ILL request history to track your citations.  Instead, use a citation management tool
