Hello,

We want the Libraries to be a safe and welcoming space for everyone. If someone is behaving in a manner that makes you afraid or uncomfortable, please talk to a Libraries' staff member. We can ask the person to stop or move, help you find a new place to study, or involve the University Police if needed. We're here to help!

Note that all users of campus libraries are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct, which expressly forbids "creating any disturbance or exhibiting any behavior that interferes with normal use of the Libraries."

If you think you're in danger or being harassed in any manner, leave the area immediately and find a staff member or call University Police at 301-405-3333.
