How do I save a search in RILM Music (or any other EBSCO database)?

Hello,

You'll need a free EBSCO account, which you can create in any EBSCO database.

See 'Sign In' at the top of each page in EBSCO databases. After setting up an account, do some searches. Click on Search History. Check off the searches you want to save and then click Save Searches / Alerts.
