If you're in WorldCatUMD or a library database, look for the Request Item through Interlibrary Loan or Find@UMD buttons. The former will auto-populate an ILL request form with the article's citation (and the latter should lead you to the former). Once you submit the ILL request, ILL staff can route and fill it via Scan & Deliver.
If the database or website that you are in does not link to ILL, simply go to the Scan & Deliver request form and manually add the citation there. The more information you give ILL staff when completing the form, the better.
You can also access the Scan & Deliver form by clicking on the orange My Accounts tab in the menu across the top of any page of the UMD Libraries Website, then choosing ILL Services Account.
