Hornbake Library was named for Dr. R. Lee Hornbake (1912-2000). During his career, Dr. Hornbake was associated with the University of Maryland as an industrial education professor, dean of faculty, and vice-president for Academic Affairs. He retired in 1979 and passed away in 2000. Here are a few links that might be useful to you:
