SciFinder may be missing as an option if an EndNote account has been deactivated. This happens if the account had not been used for more than a year. An EndNote account can be easily reactivated by logging into it from campus. If SciFinder was still not available as an import option, the user should contact EndNote Technical Support at
+1 8003364474 (Monday – Friday), Select Option #4 (for Technical Support) and then Option #1 (for EndNote)
