If you are unable to come in to campus to pick up your ILL items for a long-term period of time, you can designate a Proxy to pick up your items for you.
From your ILL services account, click on the "Account Settings" button.
Under Request Preferences, enter the full name of the person you are authorizing to pick up your items.
Your proxy should come with his/her photo ID to pick up the material. Items will be shelved behind the Library Services Desk under your name. While your proxy is the person picking up this item(s), the item(s) will be checked out to your account, and you are responsible for the material.
