This error happens after a while due to how we need to authenticate our credentials for UMD log ins and how that gets stored in our browsers.

The easiest way to resolve this error is to go into your browser's settings and to clear the cache, then open a new window. 

If you don't want to clear the cache at this time, we suggest trying a different browser, or a Private Window (for Firefox) or an Incognito window (for Chrome) in order to log in and re-authenticate from a fresh screen.
