Q. Why do I have this fine?

You probably received a fine because you did not return the library material by its due date. Another possibility is that an item you borrowed was recalled and you did not return it by the new due date given.

The fine amount varies according to material type and the library from which the material was borrowed (for exact amounts, consult the list here).     

Did you return the item(s) in question on time?  To dispute a fine, please complete the Billing Inquiry Form. A Libraries' staff member will then contact you to resolve the matter.
