Hello,
The fastest method for retrieving missing or poorly scanned pages from your article is to resubmit a request for the same article, adding a note that the previous scan was incomplete or illegible in the Special Instructions field. You can resubmit your request by logging in to your ILL Services account.
You could also email docdel@umd.edu with the Transaction Number (TN) of the request, along with the problem you encountered. ILL will investigate and obtain the correct full article on your behalf.
