Q. When is my Interlibrary Loan item due?

Hello.

Just like with an item you check out from a University of Maryland library, you can view the due date of your interlibrary loan items by accessing My Account. 

Additionally, you should receive a courtesy notice 3 days before your ILL book is due, plus overdue notices once the item is over due.  If you are not receiving these emails, please make sure the email address in your ILL Services Account is correct, and add umlibnotices@umd.edu to your email list of safe or approved senders so that these messages are not automatically routed to your spam or junk mail.
