Hello,
Knovel has recently (Sept. 2013) changed its user interface. PDFs you open in Knovel now open in a viewer that includes a number of tools.
To download the PDF you're viewing, click the small downward facing arrow icon on the top, left side of the PDF window. The PDF should download as it normally would for the browser you are using.
