Hello,

Occasionally mistakes happen; it is possible that the article was saved by an incorrect transaction number, either on our end or by the other library that provided it. 

The fastest method for getting the correct article is to resubmit a request for the same article, adding a note that the previous article was incorrect in the Special Instructions field. You can resubmit your request by logging in to your ILL Services account

You could also email docdel@umd.edu with the Transaction Number (TN) of the request, along with the citation of the article that you do need instead.  ILL will investigate and obtain the correct article on your behalf.
