Hello,

Using scanners in the UMD Libraries is free, regardless of their sizes.

Try using these overhead scanners, which are great for large or unwieldy items:

  • The KIC BookEye scanners on McKeldin's first floor and at the Art Library
  • The Zeutschel scanners at the STEM Library, the Performing Arts Library, and in the Maryland Room at Hornbake Library

In addition, some of the Libraries' Eight Branches have smaller scanners that will accommodate your illustrations. Click here for contact information.

And thank you for using AskUs!
