Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to provide remote access to databases for alumni. Access to nearly all of the Libraries' databases is still available through the Dell public computers at any of our Six Locations. Just bring a current photo ID to a service desk at any of our Six Locations in order to obtain a guest account, which will allow you to log in. Please see our Information for Visitors page for more information. You can still use our databases within the libraries, however.

Note: there are a few resources that can only be accessed by UMD students, faculty, staff, and research affiliates, as they require authentication with a Directory ID and password even when on campus. These are:

EBL (EBooks)
SciFinder Scholar
