One possible reason for getting such a message is that you might have created your account for EndNote before, but you haven't used it for more than a year. EndNote Online accounts expire after one year, if they have not been used. If this is the case, the only thing you would need to do is to log into your EndNote Online account when you are on campus, and your account will be activated.
