If you fail to return an item borrowed from the Libraries by its due date, a replacement fee will be charged once this material is 60 days overdue.
To minimize these fees, please return the overdue material to one of the Libraries' Eight Branches. Go here for information about book drop locations. Be aware, however, that in addition to the replacement fee, you will also be responsible for paying any late fees that have accrued since the due date (up to the amount listed on the Billing and Fines webpage)
If you have returned the library material for which you are charged and want to dispute the replacement fee, please complete the Billing Inquiry Form.
A library staff member will then contact you to resolve the matter.
